Chicken Coop Select offers free shipping (up to $200) to any where in the continental United States! This is one of the ways we would like to say thank you for being a customer.
We will arrange for your order to be shipped via the most dependable, quickest, and safe way possible. We work with common shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and privately owned shipping companies. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box, we will have to contact you and ask for an alternate address.
At the present time Chicken Coop Select only ships to addresses in the Continental United States. Shipping costs as well as "Free Shipping" specials are therefore only valid for addresses in the Continental United States. If you are interested in shipping your order to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any country outside of the United States, please contact us to obtain a quote for additional shipping and/or duty charges that may apply. Please note that these quotes will be based on the destination of the shipment as well as the dimensions, weight and value of the items in question.
Deliveries can take an additional 1-3 weeks after the shipping date, depending on location. You can check the status of your delivery timeframe online through our website or by telephone. Our carriers will contact you a day or two prior to arrival to set up a delivery timeframe.
All delivery date estimates listed on our website are approximations and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible. Unfortunately, these estimates are dependant on product availability from the manufacturer as well as shipping delays en route to our facility. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for beating or exceeding originally expected delivery estimates that are caused by factors beyond our control.
Items offered with free shipping are dependent upon customer location and size of order. We reserve the right to alter this offer should your zip code lie outside standard delivery routes. In addition, orders for items with weights that are heavier than usual or expected may need to be readjusted for extra unforeseen fees. No additional fees will be charged without notifying the customer and obtaining prior approval.
All international shipping may require additional shipping fees.
We do not charge or collect any duties or taxes for International orders. We are NOT responsible for any duties, tax, or fees levied upon delivery.

Customers can return a product within 30 days of it being delivered. To return a product contact us and request a Return Authorization Number(RAN). Important: products cannot be returned without this number.
Once you obtain your RAN you may ship the product back. Please note our products ship out of multiple locations so the address from which it was sent may not be the return address.
In order for items to meet the return criteria, they must be unused, and in the original packaging as the customer received them. We cannot accept opened and used items due to animal health risks. If it appears the item has been used, i.e. is dirty, stained, has pet hair or feathers on it, the product will be refused. If this is the case we can ship the item back to you at your expense or donate it to charity.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items plus an industry standard 20% restocking fee will apply. Upon successfull return of the order, customer will be credited the amount paid less our cost of shipping less the 20% retocking fee. The customer is responsible for contracting return shipping and for return shipping charges. Items that were delivered on a pallet and shrink wrap must be placed back on a pallet and shrink wrapped. Shrink wrap can be easily obtained at most any Home Improvement Center.

Once the order is placed with Chicken Coop Select, we will submit an order directly to our manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 12-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed Chicken Coop Select and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer.
For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 12-hour window Chicken Coop Select will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point must be submitted in writing through our contact form. The customer may be responsible for any shipping and handling fees that may apply.
Also note that sometimes we ship out each chicken coop quicker then 12 hours, therefore we cannot do anything after it is shipped out. We pride ourselves in shipping out as fast as possible, therefore there is nothing we can do if an order has already been shipped out. We usually try and wait 12 hours, but sometimes it is sooner.
When your shipments arrive, you must thoroughly inspect all packages for damage. If damage is noted, indicate this on the signed paper work if delivered by truck. If delivered and left by UPS, FEDEX or any other carrier, please document package damge with pictures. Once package damage is documented, carefully open the pacakaging and inspect the contents. If any content is damaged, please document the damage with pictures. Do not assemble any damaged products or continue to unpack contents as this will void any claim that you have with the shipper. Notify us ASAP if you have any delivery damage!
