Warranty Disclaimer

Chicken Coop Select warranty is limited to the manufaturers, and in some case the distrubutors warranty for products sold.  In general, most distributors/manufacturers warrant that there products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. Products that exhibit such defect(s), shall be repaired or replaced at manufacturers option, provided the Purchaser: 1.  Files a claim via info@chickenCoopSelect.com. 2.  Submits proof of damage or claim. 3.  Submits their original invoice indicating the date of the purchase.  4.  Obtains a RAN (return authorization number) if a return is necessary along with instructions on how and where to send the return.  5. Returns the Product, post paid and insured to the correct address.  Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage resulting from acts of God, reasonable wear and tear, installation, accident, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or Products that have been modified or altered.

Product features, recommendations an specifications are provided to Chicken Coop Select by the manufacturer or distributor of each product listed.  Chicken Coop Select makes no respresentation regarding the accuracy of the information provided!

Intended Use

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Chicken Coop Select product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Chicken Coop Select reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chicken Coop Select reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chicken Coop Select shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
